The Human Triad Journal, is a safe space for you to begin to take steps toward new healing in your life.
This journal will help you understand the three pillars of human behavior and also give your the space to start experiencing it through journaling.
Use this tool, when you don’t have time to meditate, or when you need to make space in your mind or in your heart. Sometimes we have to write it out, and free up that space within ourselves to approach new situations in life and the present moment with all our complete selves.
You will also be invited to a private group, so that we can build community or you can ask questions if anything comes up.
