I’m Annabel, born to Ecuadorian parents and raised in Seattle. I am a September 11th survivor. My best-selling book Step Step Jump, is a story of hope dedicated to helping others transform trauma into triumph. My life was irrevocably altered on September 11th, 2001 when I narrowly escaped from the 46th floor of the World Trade Center’s Tower One during the deadliest terrorist attack on U.S. soil.
I devote myself to leading DEI workshops, by redefining cultural wellness through my spiritual approach that transcends all that I do. I partner with coaches & business leaders to embrace a holistic mindset whether it is creating a diverse work culture or redefining cultural wellness. I teach on how to listen to your intuition so you can achieve dreams bigger than yourself.
Annabel Quintero is a lover of life, a best selling author of a unique story with improbable twists and turns, and an inspiration to people pursuing excellence amidst adversity, economic uncertainty, and relentless change. In a career that encompasses professional modeling, dancing, corporate marketing, educational policymaking, and a political campaign for a State Senate seat, she has demonstrated extraordinary resilience that has come to shape her worldview and defines her leadership style.
Throughout her life, Annabel has cultivated strong healing powers from her ancestors. The daughter of immigrant Ecuadorian parents, a native of Seattle, a woman of uncompromising compassion and faith, she has consistently found her strength in an overwhelming challenge. Hers is a moving narrative, pooled from childhood experience, and a personal journey that has enabled her to find purpose and positively impact people’s lives as a parent, business leader, educator, entrepreneur, and public servant.
As a “Cultural Wellness Coach”.
Her best-selling book Step Step Jump, is a story of hope dedicated to helping others transform trauma to triumph.
Annabel’s life was irrevocably altered on September 11th, 2001 when she narrowly escaped from the 46th floor of the One World Trade Center during the deadliest terrorist attack on U.S. soil.
As the founder of her personal development & collective wellness company. She is devoted to leading Wellness workshops that go beyond performative resilience, but actually redefine wellness by using different cultural lenses.
As a result of her speaking and workshops, she helps leaders and coaches identify old mindsets that are inhibiting their wellness and they begin to make sustainable lifestyle changes.
Annabel partners with coaches & leaders to understand the financial, political and spiritual history that informed our present moment. And how cultural dominance is discreetly perpetuated through institutions.
As a result of her workshops, you will personally awaken and have a diverse conscious paradigm shift. Leaders redefine culture, and wellness and begin to take steps to contribute to our collective cultural wellness.
Annabel is an evolutionary monument to the fallen.
As a survivor who escaped from the 46th floor of Tower 1, it was the trauma that sparked a lifelong journey of cultural reckoning, identity exploration, and spiritual evolution. I had always dreamed of pursuing my passions in a city that never sleeps. However, I never imagined that experiencing the real-life nightmare of one of the deadliest attacks on U.S. soil would lead me down a path rich with history, heart, and all that it means to be human.
On May 27, 2021, the 20th anniversary year of the terrorist attack on the Twin Towers, I released my first book “STEP STEP JUMP: Transforming Trauma to Triumph from the 46th floor” through Amazon and the book immediately became a Best Seller!
